  1. When are you open?
    Office Hours are Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm, but our electronically controlled gate allows access from 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week!
  2. Where are you located?
    We have two locations: 6623 Arapahoe Road, Boulder, CO., 6439 Arapahoe Road, Boulder, CO., and it is easy to find us, we are just a couple miles from downtown Boulder just East of 63rd street at the bottom of the hill.
  3. How do I move my belongings?
    We offer the only Free Van Rental for new customer move-ins. It is a state of the art high-efficiency diesel cargo truck.
  4. Do you have trucks available for moving out?
    Our "Sprinter" truck is also available to our customers to move their belongings out for an additional fee.
  5. What size unit do I need?
    Take a look at our helpful What Size? page on our website and feel free to come on by and visit with our professional on-site manager who can help you find just the storage you need and nothing more.
  6. What if I only need some storage for a short time?
    No problem, we offer very short-term agreements and are willing to pro-rate partial months for our valued customers, just another competitive advantage we offer.
  7. Will my stuff be safe?
    We are one of the few personal/business storage facilities in the area to offer professional on-site management, full perimeter fencing and gates, and real-time video monitoring of the property. We still strongly encourage our valued customers to insure their important belongings for their full value.
  8. What about temperature control?
    We are pleased to announce Tru-Clime, temperature control at our state-of-the-art facility located at 6439 Arapahoe Rd. Tru-Clime means we set the digital climate control to maintain between 60 degrees in the cold months and 79 degrees in the hot months. This is true temperature control, not a half-baked "take the edge off" climate solution.
  9. What do your solar panels do?
    At Boulder Self Storage I and II, we strive to continually minimize our impact on the environment, we use renewable resources, recyclable building materials, and Solar Photovoltaic is just another way we can be responsible stewards of our mother earth.
  10. I have nothing to pack my stuff in. Do you have any storage or packing supplies?
    We have negotiated a great deal with our vendors and we can pass along the savings directly to you. Not only that, we can have all the materials you'll need to pack your belongings shipped directly to your door, simply use our shopping cart feature on our website and we'll get your storage supplies out to you in a jiffy.
  11. What if I need to leave in the middle of the month?
    We pro-rate for move-outs that occur anytime in the month, in other words – we don’t charge you for a full month if you move out at some point other than the last day of the month.
